Vision Statement
What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway of heaven!
Our Vision comes direct from scripture Genesis 28:17 where Jacob has a dream at Bethel. In this passage there are many promises we hold onto like you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south and all the families of the earth shall be blessed. God also promises “ I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” Then Jacob awakes and declares “What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway of heaven!”
We want the church to be “an awesome place” and we believe that through God encounters and upholding our values it will continue to become even more awesome.
We see the church as “the house of God” and therefore a home for all that He calls His own. We hope that Destiny church can become a home for you.
We know the church is “the very gateway of heaven” where heaven invades earth through the presence of God and people can enter His kingdom and become an integral part of the body of Christ.
